Meet Cora Umlauf
Returns Department

For nearly three years, quiet and soft-spoken Cora Umlauf has been working for O'Reilly in the Customer Service Department. Every day, she goes about her work with a smile on her face, processing the company's returns and reliably handling mountains of paperwork. Cora came to us after working for a home medical equipment company for eight years. When asked why she left, Cora quickly stated, "I needed a change, a BIG change."

She is definitely not a complainer, however. Cora told me, "I live a pretty simple life, day to day enjoying my kids and what beauty I can find in the world." And she has plenty to enjoy. Cora is married and has two beautiful teenage daughters, 14 and 16 years old, who keep her on her toes. She also claims to have a third child--a dog named Maggie "who's like another child, the baby."

Her family is pretty close, and they enjoy playing games and doing puzzles together in the evenings. And when Cora's not busy playing taxi driver for her girls' many activities, she finds time to pursue crafts and other related projects. She doesn't watch too much television, and isn't a huge reader, but certainly enjoys a good comedy or action-packed movie.

Anyone who has worked with Cora knows what a pleasure it is to work with her. She's an important part of the Retail Customer Service team.
